Your consultation is a strategy session–a time for you to discuss your legal matter in confidentiality and get a clear understanding of what you are facing. You can share your hopes and goals for the outcome of your case, and find out what may or may not be possible.

We will discuss the law, legal alternatives and potential strategies pertaining to your case and provide you a roadmap of legal options, possible next steps, and costs. Your privacy is privileged and protected at the consultation.

It is also the time for you to ask questions.

Come to the consultation with a list of questions you are seeking advice about and answers to.

The 60-minute consultation fee is $75.
Payment must be received in full prior to the consultation, and cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a refund.

If we decide to work together, you will be given a fee agreement to read, sign, return, and you will then receive a new client kit with information about your specific matter, along with resources to help you better understand the process.
